New Year's Eve is just around the corner and I'll be ringing in the new year in coppers and reds! I love these colors because they flatter pretty much every skin tone, and warms up the skin during the winter season. I've been playing around with my Urban Decay Naked Heat Palette and I love the variety of warm colors it has to offer. Each color is very creamy and pigmented that makes it so easy to work with! I paired it with the latest colourpop x iluvsarahii's ultra matte lip in softii and it's the perfect deep rose shade. I'm kinda obsessed with muted red colors because they flatter my skin really well.

I hope you like this makeup look! And if you wanna recreate this look for yourself, I listed all the details with direct links below :)

Season Staples

This blog post is dedicated to share to you my favorite staples as of late:

  • MAC’s Sin
  • Choker from Urban Outfitters
  • Halter Shirt Dress from Forever 21

If you knew me well enough, I am the queen of dark lippies (or I'd like to call myself). I cannot get enough. I recently discovered this deep burgundy matte lippie from MAC called “Sin” and it has been overused since I purchased it. What I love about matte lippies is that it stays on longer than your ordinary satin lippie. I have a bunch of dark red lippies but this one has the ultimate vampy feel to it, which I absolutely love. I have also been really into chokers lately but I’m especially drawn to this one because it's metal and has a long pendant necklace attached to it, which I think stands out from the other chokers out there. Last but not least, shirt-dresses are a hot trend this spring and for a good reason: it’s laid-back and dressy all in one.

I’ll be back after a crazy weekend at Coachella!

Rough Around The Edges

You know I’m out for trouble and in for the fun with this outfit.

The moto fringe jacket: your classic black motorcycle jacket with a festive twist. It’s the perfect fall to winter transition outerwear. It can keep you warm enough, but definitely won’t make you lazy in this cool weather. Hence, It’s going to make you want to enjoy late nights out, or party it up at holiday feasts.

I rarely wear jeans but when I do, I’m very particular with what I want and how it fits. I found this overly distressed jeans from Behave Behave and it’s a for sure winner. It is light washed with a high-waist fit for that vintage look, which I love. It also shows enough skin and screams enough edge. I paired it with my moto fringe jacket because it enhances that rugged look, and then I added a soft, cream-colored top to balance it off.

I’ve been wearing my Campaltos from Shellys London almost everyday. I just love how they are really comfy, keep my feet warm, and can give me a good height. You can pair it with any outfit! It’s a versatile pair that every girl should invest in.
